I had a total knee replacement at New Hall hospital last week and I would like to recommend this hospital for its exceptional care and thank all the staff who had a part in my stay. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and dignity. In particular I would like to point out Jane, Vanessa and Anjelina from admissions. The theatre team were exceptional with John, Jonathan and Ravi. SN Lindsay Tidy who looked after me on the ward is truly a gifted nurse and I thank her so much. Finally no words can fully sum up the expertise of my surgeon Mr Ivar Kask and my anaesthetist Dr Pippa Swayne who are both superb clinicians who filled me with confidence and trust. Anyone who has the opportunity to have their health treated at this hospital should definitely say yes please. 5 stars all the way Amanda Williams

Two weeks ago I had Keyhole surgery to remove my Gallbladder by Mr Ranaboldo . I had exceptional care throughout the time I was there from all the team . I’m not good with hospitals but everyone was amazing, from the receptionist,the lady that walks you to your pod, the nurses that prepare you, the anaesthetist that spent time with me explaining how they would care for me and the nurses that look after you after surgery and, of course, Mr Ranaboldo I was told he was lovely and excellent at what he does and I totally agree. I’ve had no pain or problems since leaving New Hall and was checked today, had my dressings removed and I’ve healed very well. I would 100% recommend Mr Ranaboldo and the team at New Hall . Many thanks to everyone that looked after me and put my mind at rest .

Very good experience at New Hall with only a couple of minor issues Under the care of Mr David Chapple I received first class treatment ( he is a man who tells it as it is but is also empathetic and has your best interests in mind) There are others who deserve praise, Carole Mr C's secretary, the senior staff nurse from the Philippines ( sorry I've forgotten your name, Mary and the very kind Maryanne( night time nurse) the coffee lads and catering staff and Sue who helped my wife in getting me into the car. The hospital is clean and modern and the meals adequate and very tasty A very satisfied patient thanks
